The terminal building of this airport according to the redesign consists of three sections (a middle sections with maximum height of 10 meters dan two 8,5-meters high side sections) and a 5,5-meters high terrace, all of them are analyzed separately. Altogether, these structures are designed as timber frames comprises of glulam Jabon timbers. In general, load assignments in these structures refers to SNI 1727:2020, except seismic load, which refers to SNI 1726:2019 as design code. Structural analyses are calculated with the help of structural analysis application, SAP2000, so that the structures can fulfill seismic requirements in accordance with the seismic design code. The dimensioning of the structural components is done according to SNI 7973:2013 using Allowable Stress Design (ASD) method. Detailing, in the form of designing connections between structural components, is done in accordance with the same code and using the same method as components dimensioning with the addition of the reference for designing steel components, SNI 1729:2020. The results of the design process of this superstructure consist of configurations for structural components which have met seismic requirements including connection details. text |
