Structural planning is carried out with a 2- stage analysis, with a relatively more flexible upper structure and a rigid lower structure. In its design, the special resisting momen frame system is used, this structural system has a response modification value of 8, a ductility value of 5.5 and a strength value over material of 3 with a factor of importance of 1.25. The upper and lower structure have the same structural system with the addition of a basement wall for the lower structure with a thickness of 800 mm which meets the twostage analysis requirements due to its considerable rigidity. The structure is analyzed against various structural behaviors due to the loading of either the gravity loads, wind loads or earthquake loads. The inspections carried out are the deviation between floors, horizontal irregularities, vertical irregularities, and pdelta influences. In addition, a modal analysis of the structure is also carried out with seismic analysis using response spectrum analysis for the upper structures and lateral equivalent analysis for the lower structures. text |
