Bambu area located on Jalan Raya Beber, Patapan, Beber District, Cirebon, West
Java. In addition to being a recreation area, Bamboo Ecotourism Park is also an
educational area that shows the use of bamboo as a reliable construction material.
The design is carried out based on the design: concrete roof, pile cap and pile cap
foundation, concrete structure, steel structure, bamboo structure, wood structure,
and drainage. Site plan design, preparatory work, and groundwork are planned for
workshop buildings, gallery buildings, and multifunctional halls. For the work of
the lower structure to drainage work, it is planned for workshop buildings and
gallery buildings only. Design includes site plan, implementation method, cost
estimation, and project scheduling. The implementation method uses 30 workers in
one day, assisted by heavy equipment: 2 excavators, 3 dozers, 1 roller, 2 mobile
cranes, and 1 diesel hammer. For the total cost of preparatory work to drainage work
reached Rp 10,261,714,010. For the total overall cost of Rp 30,333,360,760, or Rp
10,244,296/m2. The duration of the designed project, from preparatory work to
drainage work, is 213 days.
