| Summary: | Toll roads are one of the government's efforts to provide better quality road infrastructure. However, the construction of toll roads cannot be separated from the problems contained therein. One of the problems faced is the maintenance of the toll road itself. In the maintenance of toll roads, the contractor has problems that can cause an increase in maintenance costs.One way to handle these risk issues by conducting risk analysis, starting from identifying possible risk, qualitative analysis by categorizing risks, and then performing quantitative analysis.This quantitative analysis uses the @risk program which is an add ins to microsoft excel.
The research object used is the Cikopo-Palimanan toll road maintenance which is reviewed from the contractors. This research manages to identify 44 risk factors at maintenance stage. The level of significance of the risk factors that have been identified are 8 risk factors in the high category. Based on the results of the analysis of the 8 most significant factors that will affect the cost increase of 1.425% with a 90% confidence level if it occurs in Cikopo-Palimanan toll road maintenance. The other result is, base on sensitivity analysis, change in design scope and variation change (B5) are also the most important factors are believed to be the most influential factor in cost increase.
