The involvement of parties in supply chain of residential development especially at construction phase is requires contractor controlling to avoid problems and waste. This problems and waste are potentially causes a risk that has an impact to reducing contractor profit. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> These purposes of the research are to identify the generic configuration of supply chain in residential development and to identify the risks that can occur in supply chain of residential development that has an impact to reducing contractor profit. Identification of generic configuration of supply chain in residential development is conducted by a survey using questionnaires to developer and contractor. The result of this survey is the configuration of goods and service flow in residential development. While, identification the contractor risks is conducted by a survey using questionnaires to contractor. The result of this survey is the identification of source event of risks from the supply chain of residential development that has an impact to reducing contractor profit. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Identification of generic configuration of supply chain in residential development shows the contractual and supply systems that occur in hierarchical, through upstream to downstream linkages. The supply chain in residential development has a risk events that potentially causes risks to contractor and has and impact to reduce contractor profit. These risks are related to decreases of productivity, low of product quality, and rising of contractor expenses. text
