Description
Summary:Abstract :

More efficiently extraction method needed to anticipate the rare of high gold ore level. On the previous literature, its known that AuBr4- complex has 6,4 x 10 11 times more stable than FeBr4- complex. Based on the information, gold could be extracted from iron ores. In this experiment, gold extraction had been extracted using an anionic exchange resin by Br- ion association complex. The results showed that gold could be separated well from the other elements. Gold could be perfectly eluted from the anionic exchange resin using (3M) potassium bromide solution. The determination of gold from each effluent is done using atomic absorption spectrometry.
