Description
Summary:Today, 70% of project management is done with an agile approach. The agile approach requires initiative from each team member and motivation as a team to complete the project. Many companies are already using a system in the form of applications to help work on their projects. Even so, there are still many design flaws that make it difficult for users to use it. Gamification is the use of elements from game design in a non-game context. Gamification can increase user engagement using in-game techniques such as scoreboards and feedback thereby giving users a sense of ownership and will to complete tasks. By combining interaction design and gamification, high-fidelity prototypes can be made as a design solution offering for project management applications. The purpose of this research is to design the gamification and interaction of project management application. In this research, the authors carry out the stages of literature study, needs analysis, ideas, design, high-fidelity prototype design, and high-fidelity prototype testing. The end result of this research is a high-fidelity prototype with the easy-to-learn usability and utility usability goals, as well as a motivating and engaging user experience. The gamification applied in this research levelling system within the interaction.
