Summary:In this era, attendance activities are one of the main things in the higher education system. Many methods are used to perform attendance activities. However, since the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic, attendance activities carried out offline that require physical contact can increase the risk of Covid-19 transmission, so attendance activities are mostly carried out online. As technology develops, the use ofsmartphone is very common in society. Face recognition technology has also often been used with very capable capabilities and accuracy. Therefore, in this final project, a presence application that uses face recognition technology is developed. The application was developed by applying the SDLC waterfall and user-centered design. Application requirements are obtained by making a questionnaire and processing the answers from the questionnaire. Then the visual design will be designed based on the application requirements that have been defined. The design results will be further developed into a coded prototype using the Flutter framework. The coded prototype will then be tested for quality according to each test.
