In order to avoid various conflicts of interest, it is necessary to apply the cadastral concept to the marine area which regulates information related to rights, boundaries, and responsibilities in water space. One aspect of cadastral support in marine areas is the technical aspect. This research focuses on a technical aspect of the marine cadastre, which is related to the measurement and mapping of water space objects so that recommendations for technical related aspects can be produced. This study analyzes the measurement aspects related to the determination of parcel boundaries and analyzes the mapping aspects as physical data and visualization of water space objects within the marine cadastre. The analysis was carried out based on literature studies related to marine cadastre, especially technical aspects based on scientific literature, applicable laws and regulations, and previous research. This study obtained technical recommendations for measurement, such as defining a horizontal datum referring to WGS84 and a vertical datum referring to the MSL (Mean Sea Level) field. Then the application of detailed measurement methods and situations that adjust the type of marine activity is carried out using terrestrial, photogrammetric, satellite observations, acoustic methods, etc. For recommendations on mapping aspects, such as the use of the RBI Map as a base map for water space registration and its scale adjustment, the use of the TM-3o projection system on the water space registration map, and the development of a spatial-based information system that adopts SIP (Sistem Informasi Pertanahan) and BIM (Building Information Modeling). text
