However, there are still many factors that might fail their journeys, such as declining market, poor teamwork, expensive office space rents, and the infrastructure that doesn't suitable for the start-up work environment, so the demand for a better workspace is increasing because of the need for social interaction and a place for developing innovation and creativity. This co-working hub project is located on Sulanjana Street, Bandung with the topic "Leisure at Work" that explains comfortable spaces but still supports productivity for its workers. This mixed-use project involves a lifestyle center for leisure and co-working space to support productivity at work. In addition, this facility aims to be a collaborative space as well as a fun, comfortable, flexible, and stress-free atmosphere. This project has a positive social impact by providing social spaces, reducing consumerism, and supporting the community. The area of 5,500 m2 with a total building area of 6,800 m2 can accommodate up to 500 people in a 3-level workspace and 1-level for semi-basement. Moreover, the design consists of three masses to keep the cityscape by adding the semi-open space that includes an open skywalk as a building connector that creates openness, connectivity, and environmentally friendly spaces. text |
