Previously, the working system in Indonesia used a conventional system where employees had to come directly to the office. Indonesia's economic situation has been disrupted caused of the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in many layoffs and temporary layoffs. Therefore, with the company limited resources, maintaining employee productivity is needed to survive in this COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the impact implementation of Work from home on the perceived productivity of white-collar employees in Surabaya, so that it can be considered for HR to make decisions related to Work From Home during the covid-19 pandemic. The questionnaire was used to collect data from 100 respondents of White-Collar employees with a minimum of Bachelor's education in Surabaya who had implemented Work From Home and then analyzed using Simple Linear Regression. The results show that Work From Home has a significant effect on the productivity of white-collar workers. Technological factors is an important factor in supporting employee perceived productivity. Therefore, companies are recommend to examine and fulfills employees need related to technology infrastructure so that they can communicate and work well during Working From Home. While the findings of productivity variable, the most dominant indicator Improving Result Achieved. This means, even though employees implement Work From Home, employees want to always get the best results when working and do their job seriously. text
