Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad) is one of the biggest university in Indonesia. In this global competition era university face many challenge and threat so they need a strategic plan to implement the mission to achieve its vision. Paradigm friction about the strategy of country development which has begin directed to Knowledge Based Economy, needed information and communication technology which play the role as supporter and as the main load of national product. University has an important role in actualizing that strategy plan. One of the problem which faced by Unpad to take the important role in the development of Knowledge Based Economy is managing their knowledge resources based on technology. There still a few of information and knowledge resources that have been disseminate through internet network. In the other side most of society who involved in Knowledge Based Economy use internet as their main media for information and knowledge exchange. <br />

Unpad needed a solution which can bridged information exchange more effective and efficient. Weblog Application which based on web technology is one of the solutions. This Application is appropriate with knowledge spiralization model to actualize a sustainable knowledge management. To getter more detail the behavior of user candidate which has involved in internet media, author use exploratory research of the site user www.unpad.ac.id. The goal is to prove that weblog application can be well accepted especially in the environment of University of Padjadjaran. Supported by a good marketing strategy physically and electronically, weblog application can be a good solution in managing the sustainability of knowledge which faced by University of Padjadjaran. |
