Ujung Berung Regency has 21261m2 The increasing population have to be followed by improving life quality and environmental sanitation. Sewerage and waste water treatment system is one supporting facilities to increase the quality of environmental sanitary. Sewerage and waste water treatment system is considered necessary for Ujung Berung Regency, as the geological and hydrological characteristics of this area. Sewerage and waste water treatment system design will increase the quality of environmental sanitary, which is very influential in actualize a healthy and prodyctive inhabitant. Considering the high population density, an average water supply, the low level of soil permeability, the flat gradient, and the high percentage of septic tank users, therefore the most probable alternative for Ujung Berung Regency Sewerage System is Small Bore Sewer (SBS). SBS is a small diameter pipe to channels the liquid portion from the interceptor tank to the WWTP, and the solids which accumulate in the tanks removed periodically to the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) After that, yellow water as the effluent septic tank are treated by constructed wetland. This is consider by eficciency in removal nutrient are high, area in Ujung Berung Regency, capital and maintanance cost are cheap. In designing the appropriate sewerage and waste water treatment system, several pipeline alternatives and treatment system have to be considered. According to some technical factor, one pipe-line and one treatment system will choose to applied in Ujung Berung Regency Sewerage and Waste Water Treatment System. text
