Plenty of communities especially that lived in the settlement or the new area are having difficulty to buy the house telephone. High demand but it only could be filled by one company; it caused the consumer wait for quite a long time, even up to 1 or 2 year to receive it. PT Bakrie Telecom saw the opportunity of making the house telephone product with more benefit than the ordinary house telephone. Making the concept of cheap home telephone with cheap tariff and having feature like mobile phone, PT Bakrie Telecom launched fixed wireless phone named Wifone with various type sorts.
