As benzoate was used as substrate and <br /> glucose as cosubstrate, microorganism of Lactobacillus was identified infrst reactor, (K,) as well as <br /> species ofClostridium, whereas at second (K2) and third (K3) reactor only Clostridium sp was found. <br /> When benzoate was used as the only substrate and carbon source, the microorganism identftd in <br /> all reactors was Clostridium sp.
