At the beginning, reflexology massage was considered as an alternative medication, like acupuncture, and it was available only at sinshes medication clinic. As time goes by, theres value migration, now reflexology massage is used for body relaxation. Reflexology massage clinic are mushrooming, almost in every mall theres more than just one clinic. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Until this time, the expansion of reflexology massage clinics in Bandung hasnt been glow, especially for clinic at malls. Seeing this opportunity, Shirley Joan, the owner of Pure Reflexology, a reflexology massage clinic which has been going since 2003 at Mega Bekasi Hypermall, plans to open its first branch in Bandung Supermall (BSM). The business challenges are; first, to make reflexology massage a healthy lifestyle for peoples in Bandung; second, to make more women enjoy reflexology massage; and third, create marketing concept which is suitable for the middle high class.
