This era always related to the digital media technology, automation system and Artificial Intelligence. This era gives the world opportunity to grow up better in the future. Following to Erboz (2017), the main pillars of Industry 4.0 are Big Data and Analytics, Autonomous Robots, Simulation, Horizontal and Vertical System Integration, The Industrial Internet of Things (IoT), The Cloud, Additive Manufacturing, Augmented Reality (AR), and Cyber Security. But, according to the World Economic Forum, the fourth Industrial Revolution created a new gap in the middle of the economic process in the company. This gap makes it still confusing to manage the talent whether managing and developing the talent based on their skills or re-skilling to the digital skills and also, there is a massive shortage of people skilled in data science and AI. On the other hand, the main actor on this era is young millennials people who in 10 until 24 years old or were born in between 1995 - 2010. In Indonesia itself, this kind of population should become a dominant population in 2030 – 2045. As the main actor, young millennials should be ready to face this era, not only ready about the digital skill but ready about a whole digital aspect such as digital risk, digital challenge, and other aspect. In order to maximize the digital-readiness level, the young millennials should be mastered the future workforce competency. This competency is the main competency that support young millennials to achieve and mastered in all digital areas. By using a quantitative approach and questionnaire tools as the research instrument for the purpose of gathering information from respondent, the researcher would be measuring the readiness level of young millennials in Indonesia. The researcher was limited the scope of the research due to the limitation of time and external factors. Therefore, the researcher was do this research in Bandung City. The researcher also used a framework from DQ Global Standard as a main framework on this research. The framework is “Digital Intelligence Quotient”. It is a comprehensive set of digital competencies rooted in universal moral values for individuals to use, control, and create technology to advance humanity. There are 8 digital competency area in each three level of digital readiness. Using this research method and framework, the researcher has already defined that most of young millennials have ready to face the digital era and mastered in the future workshop competency, it could be seen from the result of analysis that categorizes as high scores in every level. The scores would be located between 70% - 85%. Meanwhile, there are still young millennials that has a low score and need more training and knowledge about the digital aspect.
