Summary: | PT Chicago Star Corp is one of the companies engaged in the Food and Beverage industry with a market share of Indonesia, especially the West Java region. PT Chicago Star Corp issued a new brand with a beverage-based product called “Get Dlicious”. PT Chicago Star Corp has opened one outlet or booth in Bogor in 2020, but has closed within one month after opening due to the lack of preparation that resulted in the declining number of consumers. In this final project, the development of the beverage product "Get Dlicious" will be carried out for the re-opening of new outlets. The product development of "Get Dlicious" is based on the needs and desires of customers for a beverage product which is referred to as the voice of the customer. Data from the voice of the customer will be converted into an attribute that exists in beverage products. Then, the selection of critical or important attributes will be carried out using the Kano method. The house of quality method will also be designed to see the controlled factors that have the greatest influence on the performance of critical attributes and see the competition for beverage products on the market in terms of critical attributes.
The selected controlled factors will be the basis for designing the product concept. Due to the existence of a contradictory relationship in the controlled factors, the concept of products will be designed and tackled through a solution using the TRIZ method. The resulting concept will then be assessed using the concept screening and scoring methods to produce a selected concept. In the last stage of the research, a feasibility analysis will be carried out to see the investment feasibility of opening one “Get Dlicious” outlet. “Get Dlicious” is feasible for investation.
