This is shows that cat whiskers plant has a great potential in the medical industry, so it is necessary to make efforts to increase plant biomass, including using the best dose of PGPR and inorganic fertilizers. The study was conducted using a 2-factor randomized design (RAK) with 12 treatments and 3 repetitions on cultivated land in Kutamandiri Village, Tanjungsari District, Sumedang Regency, West Java and analysis of the results was carried out in the SITH laboratory from October 2020 to March 2021. Based on the results of the study, the best dose for increasing plant height and increasing number of nodes was treated with 0% PGPR and 100% inorganic fertilizer, while to obtain the best dosefor increasing leaf number, leaf expansion, and increasing leaf rosmarinic acid content with 0% PGPR and 50% inorganic fertilizer. text |
