| Summary: | Cat's Whiskers (Orthosiphon aristatus B. Miq) is an herbal medicinal plant that is efficacious in treating various diseases of the urinary system. Cat whiskers have long been used by Indonesian people as a raw material for herbal medicine. The productivity of cat whiskers leaves in Indonesia in 2016 was 0.25 tons/ha, so efforts are still needed to increase the productivity of cat whiskers leaves, including through the application of PGPR and goat manure with optimal doses. The productivity of cat whiskers leaves is influenced by vegetative growth which is directly proportional to the leaf biomass to be harvested and the total chlorophyll content that plays a role in the photosynthesis process. The study was conducted using a 2-factor randomized design (RAK) with 12 treatments and 3 repetitions on dry land in Tanjungsari and the SITH Laboratory from October 2020 to March 2021. From the results of the study, it was concluded that increasing the dose of goat manure increased vegetative growth parameters and chlorophyll content. total, as well as treatment of 0% PGPR and 200% goat manure is the optimal dose to increase vegetative growth parameters and total chlorophyll content of cat's whiskers.
