This business has an objective to be the market leader because these new products are innovative, unique, and promote Manado s special food characteristic. These products can be the best choice for souvenir from Manado and they can be found easily and will be sold widely in Manado. <br />

The business plan is analyze by surveying, comparison and data research. Product survey both Abon Roa and Abon Cakalang indicate a big market potential for these products. The target market are local people, domestic and foreign tourists, and in the future the company make a plan to sell its products in international market. The initial market strategy is to sell the products in souvenir stores in Manado and open an outlet in Manado s international airports, Sam Ratulangi. <br />
