The development of the logistics cargo service business is supported by the increasing public demand for inter-city or inter-island goods delivery in Indonesia. Besides that, the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has also encouraged companies to carry out digital transformations, especially in cargo logistic services. However, current management needs certainty regarding the company’s digital readiness to carry out digital transformation. This study aims to measure the digital readiness of PT Pelita Air Service to carry out digital transformation based on the perspective of executive management and internal staff of PT Pelita Air Service. The measurement was conducted using a Digital Maturity Transformation Index by Rossmann which measures the dimensions of strategic capability, leadership capability, market capability, operational capability, people and expertise capability, cultural capability, governance capability, and technology capability. The Rossmann model consists of thirty-two indicators with each dimension having four indicators. Based on the results of data collection, there are sixteen indicators that have to be improved. To determine the proposed improvement of digital readiness for these indicators, a gap analysis was conducted to identify the gap between current and expected conditions based on the results of interviews with the company. Priority determination is carried out on proposed improvements using the MoSCoW method and impactconfidence- ease matrix. After knowing the priority of improvement proposals, improvement proposals were designed for each indicator stated in the project charter. text |
