Considering that a cooperative economic enterprise is a group of people, Human Resources Management plays important role in managing the people in order to succeed within the industrys challenge. The objective of ABC enterprise is to becoming a professional enterprise align with other corporation without losing its characteristic. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> In response to industrys intern and extern challenges, ABC enterprise requires high-quality management skills to pursue its goals. For this circumstance, improving human resources quality is required. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Assessment method of HRM in ABC enterprise is completed using questioner and interview method and also by comparative learning with XYZ enterprise, which reliable among other enterprises. The assessment is divided into five (high to low) dimensions that consist of culture aspect, target direction, integration, human resource management, and intern organization. The five dimensions are used to plot and evaluate performance of HRM in ABC. The purpose of HRM assessment is to determine the gap between ABC system toward the actual system of economic enterprises, as well as the gap between the head and the members. By that means, the outcome of the assessment shows high gap in HRM system and relation among members. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Continuous improvement is essential for a cooperative economic enterprise in achieving its goals. Maximizing in training courses and improving intern communication is an alternate solution to attain sustainability. <br /> text
