and there are even some sources that claim that this restaurant is able to compete with the famous
international fast-food restaurants in Indonesia. However, there are some comments from
customers that there are changes that have occurred in most Padang restaurants today in terms
of prices, menus and services they offer. Therefore, this research was conducted to analyze what
problems occurred and how to solve these problems.
This research uses a qualitative method as an approach method. This research was held
in Jakarta, Indonesia. The trusted informants for this study are loyal customers of Padang
restaurants, enthusiastic culinary enthusiasts and other criteria related to this research. Primary
data was collected by conducting interviews with informants and the secondary data was
