Therefore, this project is one of the solutions for the high potential of earthquakes and land limitations in the central government and economic areas in Indonesia. The project is located at Kec. Menteng, Central Jakarta City. The project site has soft soil characteristics with high earthquake acceleration value so that the project site is categorized in Seismic Design Category D. The project consists of 5 basement floors, 32 functional floors, and 1 roof floor. The project is planned to be built using reinforced concrete structures that consist of concrete and reinforcements which construction carried out at the project site. The structure is modeled using ETABS and designed according to SNI rule 1726:2019 for the design of earthquake-resistant buildings, SNI 1727:2018 for minimum load on buildings, and SNI 2847:2019 for the design of reinforced concrete buildings. Structural planning is done using a two-stage analysis procedure by separating the analysis between the upper and lower structures. The upper structure is analyzed using spectral response analysis while the lower structure is analyzed using lateral equivalent analysis. The structural systems used in the upper and lower structures are dual systems in the form of Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SMRFS) and Special Structural Wall System (SSWS). The result of structural design is the analysis of structures and the design of earthquakeresistant structural elements in the form of beams, columns, plates, and shear walls. text |
