Summary: | The increase in population is accompanied by an increase in the need for land. However, the limited land, especially in large cities, causes efficient land use to increase, especially for complex buildings with ownership and use of different spaces in one building, one of which is the ITB Research and Innovation Building. To describe the legal boundaries between ownership rooms requires the application of 3D cadasters where there is a registration system not only on the restrictions of the property but also on the property unit. This 3D cadaster also aims to see users who are responsible for certain spaces in complex buildings that will later affect the person in charge of care of each room. Using the Building Information Modelling (BIM) method with Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) standards, it is done modeling the ITB Research and Innovation Building which includes the basement floor, 1st floor, and 2nd floor. In addition, the building model is also integrated into the form of Land Administration Domain Model for cadaster purposes. The data used is in the form of TLS GLS-2000 scan data with a point clouds density of 12.5 mm. Data processing produces 3D models of buildings with a Level of Development 300. The determination of boundaries between spaces is defined by "IfcRelSpaceBoundary" on the objects "IfcWall" and "IfcSlab". A unit of property or space is defined by "IfcSpace" where ladm is a spatial unit. As for the division of the use of space into two, namely public space and private space is defined by "IfcZone" where in LADM is a Basic Administrative Unit. The results of this study are expected to help in the sustainable management of 3D cadres for ITB Research and Innovation Buildings as well as applied to other buildings. |
