Summary:ABSTRACT: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Forecasting is one of crucial decision in starting a business process. In PT Pantja Motor business process, as brand holder of Isuzu in Indonesia, forecast that the company accepted from Astra International Isuzu Sales Operation (AI ISO), as sole distributor, often error. There was lack of collaboration in execution planning of the forecast among trading partners. These cause negative effects along supply chain, e.g distortion of bullwhip effect, ineffective inventory management, and production planning not running well.
