The use of online games is a phenomenon that is currently happening among teenagers in the city of Bandung. It is not uncommon for teenagers who use online games to sit and stay for more than eight hours. If this is done regularly, it will allow the occurrence of musculoskeletal disorders and fatigue. In this study, a study was conducted to determine, measure, and evaluate environmental factors and body posture and determine the relationship between these factors and fatigue and MSDs in online game units in Bandung. This study is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional model using a questionnaire and direct observation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the three main factors that influence MSDs and fatigue are individual factors, environment, and body posture. Variables of age, BMI, length of play, light, and posture have a statistically significant relationship to MSDs and fatigue. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate and improve the lighting and ergonomics factors (posture) in the online game unit as well as socialize the importance of body posture and playing time for users of online game units in Bandung.
