This change should be supported by a leadership style and the employees maturity level to have an optimum result. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The leadership style and the employees maturity level will significanly affect the corporate culture and the business strategy. It may be seen in the how leadership style and how the employees maturity level can supported business strategy. Hersey and Blanchard identified leadership style based on situational aprroach that the suitability leadership style depend on situation at the leader work place. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The leadership style based on situational focus on employees maturity characterity as a key situation that define a leader behaviour. Each employee has a different maturiy so a leader have to suitable a leadership style which employees maturity. There were 4 (four) leadership styles: telling, selling, participating and delegating. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The result from study identify that leadership style at PT (Persero) Angkasa Pura II is participate and employees maturity in high level, and the suitability level is fairly high. This study recommended that leadership style in PT (Persero) Angkasa Pura can be suitabled become a delegating style so it can improve the suitability level become high level. text
