As the name implies, Beli Jelantah utilizes technology platforms to collect and purchase used cooking oil from producers and distribute it to biodiesel company. While running the business, Beli Jelantah still often encounters obstacles to achieve their objectives and targets. Therefore, Beli Jelantah needs to implement risk management in order to identify and manage risks that may occur in achieving company objectives. In addition, Beli Jelantah also needs to develop Key Risk Indicators (KRI) to identify relevant metrics so that Beli Jelantah is able to prepare appropriate prevention related to potential risks. Risk management based on the ISO 31000:2018 standard consists of six main stages, namely communication and consultation, setting the scope and context, risk assessment, determining risk treatment, monitoring and reviewing, and recording and reporting. The risk assessment process begins with business process mapping using Process Classification Framework (PCF) as reference. Risk assessment and evaluation is then continued using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. Meanwhile, designing KRI is carried out using an approach that consists of six stages, namely identification of existing metrics, assessment of metric gaps, metric improvement, determination of thresholds, dashboard design, and creation of control plans. Business process mapping produces 75 fourth level of business process. Based on risk assessment and evaluation, there are 21 critical risks out of 90 identified risks for all company business processes. The design of risk treatment was carried out for critical risks which resulted in 1 proposal to transfer risk, 4 proposals to accept risk, and 16 proposals for risk mitigation. For the KRI design, the results of the identification of existing metrics get 18 critical risks that have one or more existing metrics and 3 risks that do not have any existing metrics. Based on the results of the existing metric gap assessment, there are 14 risks with existing metrics that can be maintained with further improvements, 3 risks with existing metrics that require replacement of new metrics, 3 risks that require the creation of new metrics, and 1 risk with existing metrics that can be directly used as KRI. The KRI design resulted in a total of 28 KRIs for 21 critical risks, consisting of 16 leading metrics and 21 lagging metrics. text |
