Description
Summary:In the implementation of this final project, we designed a warehousing management system that can automatically place and retrieve goods. This system consists of Propulsion, Carrier, Detector, Power Supply, Frame, Controller, Communication, Database, and Interface Sub-Systems. In the control subsystem there is a PID constant which is designed to regulate the movement of the drive subsystem. In the drive and transport subsystem there is a DC motor and gear as the main mechanism for the horizontal and vertical movement of the system. While in the Power Supply subsystem there is a converter module that is used to convert power from the power supply to be channeled to the propulsion, carrier, controller, and detector subsystems. All systems that have been created will be integrated into 1 system, then will be placed on a frame that supports the overall form of the system. The subject of this article is about the implementation of controller, drive, transport, power supply, and system frame design
