The station building project is located in East Jakarta City with soft soil conditions and high earthquake acceleration so that it has Seismic Design Category D. The station building consists of a ground floor, platform floor, concrete roof, steel frame roof, and also 2 basement floors. The structure of the station building is designed using reinforced concrete material while the roof structure uses reinforced concrete and steel materials. The design of the building structure refers to SNI 2847-2019 regarding structural concrete requirements for buildings, SNI 1726-2019 regarding procedures for planning earthquake resistance structures, SNI 1727- 2018 regarding minimum loads for building design, and SNI 1729-2020 regarding specifications for structural steel building. The structural system used in the station building without a basement is the Special Moment Bearing Frame System while the structural system in the basement is the Special Structural Wall System with a frame to withstand a minimum of 25% earthquake forces. Analysis of the structure of the station building with basement was carried out in two stages using CSI ETABS software. The design of the structure will produce an analysis of earthquake-resistant reinforced concrete structures and detailing of the steel frame roof. text
