This has resulted in almost all container shipments going through Tanjung Perak Port and the surrounding terminals. Thus, Tanjung Perak Port is projected to experience an overflow. The demand for containers that experience overflow can be fulfilled with the construction of the International Container Cargo Terminal in the Gresik Port Integrated Area in Gresik Regency, East Java. The international cargo terminal area is 457.5 meters wide and 900 meters long. The port structure is modeled using a band beam so that it does not require a pile cap. The port structure consisting of beams, piles, and slabs is modeled on the SAP2000 program. The process of checking the pile design is carried out using spColumn program and the design of slab reinforcements using SAFE2016 program. The complementary components of the port in the form of fenders and bollards are designed according to British Standard. The final result of this final project is a reinforced concrete port structure that is resistant to lateral loads from ship contact and earthquake resistant with reinforcements according to SNI regulations text |
