Researchers discuss problems in business framework with several framework tools to analyse some factors that contribute as an important role in the development of aloe vera business. Some theory and frameworks used are PEST, Five Porter's Strengths, Five Key Diamond Element Strategies, VRIO, STP Marketing approach, Empathy Canvas Map, and Theory of Planned Behavior to understand the behavior characteristic of urban farming activities done by our society. In the process of writing and analyzing the business topics, researchers conduct research using qualitative methods to obtain data and process them as well as primary quantitative research to obtain primary data through the process of interviewing the respondent. Moreover sending questionnaires to the companies or industries that use raw materials of aloe vera in their product. In addition, researchers also use literature research to complement the general theory commonly used in business analysis. At the planning and implementation stages, researchers describe the business model solutions, the business model canvas , and milestone plan for executing social enterprises that will be established. In this study, it was found that the results of the exploration that the aloe vera business through theconcept of social empowerment in the yard is quite feasible to run by looking at several analysis results ranging from market availability both domestic and global scales, the great interest of the community to carry out gardening activities that generate economic value, and through models and strategies. business created by the authors in this study. text |
