Summary: | Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disease, which involves elevated blood glucose levels. One
of the places where pharmaceutical services are carried out in a hospital. Providing drug
Information, one of the pharmaceutical services, is an important thing given to increase the
knowledge and desire of patients in the therapy of type 2 diabetes mellitus to increase compliance
in the consumption of a drug and achieve optimal therapeutic output. Evaluation of health services

treatment. The research was conducted using descriptive observational analysis with a crosssectional design. The sample of this study were patients with diabetes mellitus who met the
inclusion criteria, respondents who were recruited using purposive sampling. Data obtained from
a validated questionnaire with a question design using a Likert scale, to measure the level of
satisfaction using the SERVQUAL method with gap analysis, namely determining the perception
score divided by the respondent's expectation score for each question or dimension. and the
Community Satisfaction Index. There were 55 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who met the
inclusion criteria. The results showed that the overall level of satisfaction with drug information
services at Rupit Hospital had an average of 70.5 ± 0.11% with a CV of 16.3% which showed that
there was a large difference between respondents and based on community satisfaction index 2
dimensions of facilities and reliability with the value of service quality is not good and the 3
dimensions of responsiveness, confidence, and empathy with the value of service quality are very
good. The average value of the Rupit Hospital community satisfaction index service quality is
Good. Based on the Paired T-Test output table, it is known that the value of sig. (2-tailed) is <0.005
