The government has determined the 2020-2024 RPJMN to achieve access to improved and safely sanitation (Domestic Wastewater) by 90% to reduce maternal mortality and stunting. The province of Bali is famous for its high tourism interest, the achievement of improved sanitation in 2020 is 89.00% but it is not safely managed because it has not carried out regular desludging of the septic tank every 3-5 years. Domestic Wastewater Management is still dominated by the onsite system, which is 96.8% of the total population. 3% of the population has been served by a centralized pipeline network and 0.2% of the population still has open defecation behavior. The government's effort to achieve the goal of safely sanitation is to implement the Scheduled Faecal Sludge Service (SFSS) system. SFSS is a program that connects septic tanks to FSTP. Therefore, information is needed on the level of community participation in the SFSS program using the Likert method given to 100 respondents in Kuta District. 87.13% of the community strongly agree with the program. Questionnaires were also given to determine WTP and ATP. Data obtained from the community WTP is Rp. 9,110.00 and ATP is Rp. 30.050.00. The calculation of the sludge management tariff in this study uses the Interactive Septage Management Toolkit. The result showed that 37 trucks of feces were needed to serve Badung Regency and Denpasar City. Calculation of the maximum service rate obtained is Rp. 9,722. The IPLT assessment is also carried out using the technology audit method. IPLT technology components to be audited consist of technoware, humanware, infoware and orgaware (THIO) variables along with the indicators and parameters of each of these variables. Determination of the weight of FSTP technology components is obtained by using the pairwise comparison method. Respondents involved in this study were 13 people consisting of academics, experts and government agencies. Suwung FSTP technology audit got the best performance on the Infoware variable at 90.28%, Humanware at 86.67%, Orgaware at 76.67% and the smallest is Technoware at 72.22%. The overall performance of Suwung FSTP was 81.46%, which means good performance. If the SFSS has been implemented in the study area, the FSTP performance can be increased to 89.79%. SWOT analysis is carried out to obtain priority strategy recommendations. The weighting uses 17 respondents consisting of academics, experts and government agencies. Recommendations for the SFSS implementation strategy in Kuta District are establishing partnerships with the private sector, combining data management with a centralized system, outreach to the community and making regulations that support the LLTT program. text
