Summary:COVID-19 is a dangerous disease caused by a virus that was discovered in December 2019 in Wuhan, China. On March 11, 2020, WHO declared COVID-19 as a pandemic. This means that this disease has spread widely throughout the world, including Indonesia. Various policies were made by the government to prevent the spread of the disease in Indonesia, such as closing workplaces, schools, and houses of worship. In this final project, the behavior of active case data in 34 Provinces in Indonesia will be seen. In addition, this final project also analyzes the dynamics of the number of the effective reproduction number in 34 Provinces to see the spread of COVID-19 from the beginning of the pandemic until August 31, 2021. The transmission rate needs to be considered to analyze government policies in handling the spread of COVID-19 cases.
