Summary: | Indonesia has a very long coastline. Due to its long coastline, Indonesia faces a major threat, namely the reduction of its coastline due to erosion. A coastal protection structure is needed to reduce this shoreline damage. The structure referred to in this final project is a natural coastal protection structure which is a combined or hybrid engineering structure between the breakwater on the front and also the coastal vegetation behind it. In this final project, the construction method and management aspects will be discussed. Good construction management must be prepared and prepared so that the construction process can take place effectively. To make a good construction management, it is necessary to observe environmental data, namely wind data, wave data, tidal data, bathymetry data, and soil data. This environmental data will be used to determine the type of equipment that can be used for the construction process, the best working time to work, and so on. After the environmental data has been successfully processed and observed, work steps will be arranged in the form of a work breakdown structure to provide an overview of the construction method steps to be used. Then, the volume estimation will be calculated by observing the design of natural coastal protection structures and other purposes. After the estimated volume is calculated, the productivity calculation process can be calculated for the estimated duration. After the estimated duration is obtained, a dependency relationship will be made to determine the total processing time required for construction. This is also known as scheduling. The schedule obtained is that the project will be implemented from January 1, 2022 to October 10, 2022 with a duration of 282 days. Next, the estimated cost will be calculated so that the final cost budget plan is obtained. The estimated cost for this project is estimated at IDR 20,053,230,708.31 Finally, an S curve will be made to provide an overview of the relationship between construction time and cost.
