Description
Summary:Uncertain environmental conditions and the difficulty of obtaining stable environmental parameters in the plant breeding process are challenges for Indonesian farmers in agriculture and plant engineering. In the case of onion breeding which requires low temperatures, it becomes difficult to implement in Indonesia and forces the government to import to balance the needs of the community. To overcome this problem, a plant growing room product is designed where the environmental parameters can be controlled. The parameters are temperature and humidity. Humidity is needed by plants so that they do not dry out quickly. Moisture needed by plants, especially in the seeding process. To support this, an actuator to increase the humidity value is designed, then a user interface is also needed to make it easier to control the plant's growing space. In this book, the author explains how to design, implement and analyze the results of the design, implementation and analysis of the results of testing prototypes, humidity actuators and interfaces in controlled plant growing rooms .
