It is necessary to establish a standardisation of AMG preparations to ensure the product quality, efficacy, and safety for its users. Therefore, an analytical method is needed to measure the AMG content in dietary supplements, but none of validated high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method has been found to analyse AMG isolates in a capsule specifically. Through literature review, various AMG quantification methods references have been collected, reviewed, compared, so that a new assay of AMG in capsule dietary supplements using HPLC can be proposed. This research is proposed to be a simple, effective, and efficient AMG analysis method as an inventory that can be validated through experiments in the future. text |
