This group of compounds is used as a reference for determining drugs in the Farmakope Indonesia VI (FI VI) which has potential to be analyzed using the HRP-based electrochemical biosensor method. The method used in this study is literature review. The primary libraries obtained from Scopus, Pubmed, and Google Scholar went through four stages, search, initial screening, advanced screening, and journal analysis. From the search and screening process, 30 journals will be analyzed. From the literature review, the optimum measurement conditions were found at pH 7 at room temperature. Validation data of analytical methods from various journals show that this method can be used for determination analyte levels in drugs. The compound groups that can be analyzed are phenolic compounds, hydroxyl compounds, aromatic amines, tertiary amines, and ?- lactam rings. Based on FI VI, the number of groups of phenolic compounds, alcohols, aromatic amines, tertiary amines, and ?-lactam rings proposed respectively were 34, 96, 18, 137, and 26. text |
