The world has entered a period of digital transformation that has become the talk of the day, this is marked by the number of cities starting to create innovations to encourage more sustainable and efficient urban services. In the smart city concept, several projects have been launched with the aim of being implemented in a wider urban service area in terms of energy, environment, transportation, to security and comfort. As the Assistant Deputy for Telematics and Utilities said, digital transformation is absolutely necessary for regions that are pioneering smart cities. This becomes very interesting to observe when the success of digital transformation is the key to achieving the success of a smart city. Various kinds of digital transformation innovations have been developed with the aim of solving urban service problems through the smart city concept. Including the City of Bandung which has taken the initiative towards a smart city where the City of Bandung is ready to commit to advancing the city by utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to improve effective performance, create better city services, and save costs and resource consumption. This is an opportunity for technology industry providers who seek to provide new service standards for cities in this era of digital transformation.
