Description
Summary:Everyone who applies for a job needs to follow the recruitment process to be accepted by the company. The recruitment process has several problems, such as the absence of a platform that can integrate all stages of the recruitment process, users who are nervous when taking tests, get bored easily, take a long time to understand types of tests that have not been encountered before, and others. Therefore, other ways are needed that can make the test application in the recruitment process more enjoyable. One technique that has the opportunity to do this is gamification. The Prorec application is designed with a user-centered design approach. Surveys and interviews were conducted to identify various problems and understand user behavior. The design is carried out in 2 iterations, namely 1 iteration which produces a low-fidelity prototype and 1 iteration which produces a high-fidelity prototype. Usability testing is carried out to measure the achievement of usability goals and user experience goals from the prototype. The final evaluation results resulted in a score of 100 for the completion rate, 6.64 for SEQ, 84 for SUS, and 6.51 for IMI. The value obtained from the test has exceeded the minimum limit and proves that the high-fidelity prototype design of the Prorec application has met the usability goals and user experience.
