Since May 2020, directorate general of taxes as part of government organization implement flexible working arrangements- work from home as an effort of the organizations preventive measures to break the chain of the spread virus, but productivity and public service still maintained. Research objectives of this study is to examine current implementation and recommendation future improvement of flexible working arrangement-work from home in Directorate of general taxes. The study was conducted in one of government institution, Directorate of general taxes, with 291 respondent from the population. Research methodology using mixed method both quantitative method with delivering survey in questionnaire to respondent and qualitative method with in-depth interview to several respondent. For examine the current implementation of FWAs-WFH in DGT, researcher using mix. The result of study found that from three variables of success factor FWAs-WFH, for policy variable, employees very well understood about policy and can access the information about policy, but consistency and fairness about policy and implementation need still improve with some revised and clearing about policy with socialized employees. In second variables, knowledge of supervisor need to be elevated with e-learning/ online training course with purposes about set direction and goals during virtual working. Environment as important part of implementation FWAs-WFH, with reliable connectivity and basic tools of remote working will help the employee to doing their job, and employees feeling happy when doing work from home because their can balance work and life with suitable condition. text
