Several kinds of form can be saved in FITS format such as spectrum, image of star, text document or table. It can be saved in FITS format only if the file is appropriate with the FITS standard which has been agreed by IAUFWG (International Astronomical Union FITS Working Group). One of the agreements is the form of the header of an <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> image within it has keywords that contains informations about the image. One of the important information in the header is World Cordinate System (WCS). World Cordinate System is an information about the celestial coordinate that has been converted to pixels. FITS file (which has a header within it) are made by a program that captures dan saves the image. Unfortunately, header that are automatically made and saved by SBIG CCD-Ops program (the program that teleskop GOTO is using) does not contain <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> informations about WCS. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> To overcome the problem, a camera control program which can save an image in a FITS format where inside the header of the FITS file contains information about WCS, will be built. To appropriate with the sistem that controls GOTO Telscope, that is GTC (GOTO Telescope Controller),the camera control program will be written <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> in Visual Basic version 6.0. text
