Waste composition in every city showed that about 70percent of total municipal waste is organic waste and 60percent of them are made from residential waste bin. Organic waste treatment has become notable because it might reduced amount of waste stack and solved municipal waste problem extensively. The most economic and environmental friendly of organic waste treatment is composting process. Composting turns easily degradable organic matter into stable matter containing a humic-like substance by passing through a thermophilic stage. Previous research shown that there was changing on microbial communities during composting process. While Initiation phase were dominated by mesophilic microbes and then changed to thermophilic microbes at the main phase. Afterwards, new mesophilic microbes were presence during cooling and maturing phase. This pattern was exposed by significant temperature changes during each step of composting phases. Many methods have been developed to regain the diverse species of microbes during composting process. text
