Summary: | This final project discusses the design of the Jatiluhur Reservoir Lake Resort
project located in Purwakarta Regency, West Java. This resort will be built as a
tourist area as well as a lodging location consisting of 7 (seven) different types of
buildings, such as FOH (Front of House) building, restaurant building, sauna and
spa building, single cabin buildings, single lake cabin buildings, family buildings.
cabin, and family lake cabin buildings. In this final project, the resort will be
designed in the structural aspect, geotechnical aspect, transportation aspect, water
resources management aspect, and construction management aspect. The design in
structural aspect includes the design of building structural elements and the design
of the connection system between the existing structural elements. The design in
geotechnical aspect includes the design of foundation and slope stability check. The
design in transportation aspect includes the design of parking lots, geometric
design of access roads, planning of signs and markings, and pavement design. The
design in water resources management aspect include the design of water elevation
and drainage system. The design in construction management aspect includes the
construction method, construction cost estimation, and project scheduling. With
careful planning, it is expected that the resulting building can meet the aspects of
strength, safety, convenience, and economical value. |
