The research was conducted in December 2019 – March 2020 in a pond of 1000 m2 with an initial stocking density of 100 shrimp/m2. The observed parameters were total density of culturable bacteria and Vibrio spp., the shrimp growth and water quality parameters in the form of temperature, salinity, pH, and dissolved oxygen. Bacteria density was enumerated by using the total plate count (TPC) method. The data of water quality and total culturable bacteria and Vibrio spp. were analyzed descriptively, whereas the water quality parameters correlation with total Vibrio spp. were analyzed using multiple linear regression.Theequation result of linear regression between total of Vibrio spp. with quality of water is Y= -57,87 -3,61X1 +1,39X2 +7,65 X3 +22,9X4 with R2= 0,99. There was a significant correlation between water quality parameters including (temperature (X1), salinity (X2), dissolved oxygen (X3), pH (X4)) and total abundance of Vibrio spp. (R2= 0,99). Total culturable bacteria density in the pond was 3,6x105- 2,4x107 CFU/ml, and total density of Vibrio spp. was 2,8x103 – 4,1x104 CFU/ml. text
