Abstract: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> In connection with the naturality of the coastal area and sea, to build the coastal area and sea optimally and sustainability integrated is by using management approachment . Many factor that cause the coastal area and sea inclimed to the unintegrated pattern, but the most important is because the construction of the coastal area resource and sea it been done by sector. Undercommunication of the implementation planning the coastal area resource and sea integrated cause by the lowerst understanding and control of the planner and construction manager superiorty compared by sector approachment. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Sukabumi Goverment Regency give attention more intensive to the infrastructure construction, among other things like water resource infrastructure for the existence Cipalabuan river after flooded along with sedimentation flow and rocks. Flood happen on October 26 2004 and damage several infrastructure like harbour, river, tourism, road, trade facility and community settlement which location nearst the river flow of Teluk Palabuhanratu coastal area. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Observe the problems at hand that the infrastructure construction pattern is unintegrated (unsustainability) in anticipated the flood danger that damage many infrastructure at Palabuhanratu coastal area, this study cases discover a strategy how to organize and manage the infrastructure integrated by government activity, corporate world and community, vertical and horizontal planning, land and sea ecosystem, science and management. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The strategic steps : <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 1.
