Flood happen on October 26 2004 and damage several infrastructure like harbour, river, tourism, road, trade facility and community settlement which location nearst the river flow of Teluk Palabuhanratu coastal area. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Observe the problems at hand that the infrastructure construction pattern is unintegrated (unsustainability) in anticipated the flood danger that damage many infrastructure at Palabuhanratu coastal area, this study cases discover a strategy how to organize and manage the infrastructure integrated by government activity, corporate world and community, vertical and horizontal planning, land and sea ecosystem, science and management. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The strategic steps : <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 1.
