this disease has been endemic since 4000 years ago, the spread still cannot being stopped until this time and
still being a threatening disease for the mojority of the population in the world, especially in developing
countries. Based on study, there are many factors that influence the incidence of tuberculosis, one of them is
environmental determinant factors and individual determinant factors that have an important role in the
tuberculosis tansmission. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was a relationship
and influence between environmental determinant factors and individual determinant factors contained in the
study on the tuberculosis incidence in West Bogor Sub-district, Bogor City. The case samples in this study were
obtained from patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who registered in Pancasan Healthcare for the period
between October 2020 - March 2021 and resided in West Bogor Sub-district. The total number of samples used
was 60 respondents consisting of 30 cases and 30 controls. From the analysis results, there is a significant
relationship between lighting factors (OR=14), ventilation area (OR= 13,75), residential area per person
(OR=10,708), contact history tuberculosis at home (OR=18,974), smoking habits (OR= 3,5), and nutritional
status (OR=3,824) on the incidence of tuberculosis in West Bogor sub-district, Bogor City.Then, from the
logistic regression analysis, it was found that the residential lighting factor had the most dominant influence
on tuberculosis incidence in West Bogor Sub-district, Bogor City.
